RSI Integrates BetRivers Sportsbook App With Casino App In West Virginia

Last month, Rush Street Interactive (RSI) announced the addition of their popular sportsbook app to their current online casino app in West Virginia.

RSI has operated under the BetRivers brand in the Mountain State since April 2021 and has since gathered quite a following. The recent combination of their sportsbook and casino app allows players to easily switch between betting on their favorite sports teams and casino gaming in seconds. Players using the BetRivers app now have the option to place bets through the integrated BetRivers iOS and Android apps as well as their desktop site.

Rush Street Interactive has operated in West Virginia since April 2021, launching later than other competitors in the state. However, despite this setback, the company reported it has already obtained a market share in the low teens in West Virginia, according to data from the West Virginia Lottery Commission and RSI’s estimates. The company partnered with the Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort, located in New Cumberland, WV, to bring the BetRivers brand to the state.

The integrated sportsbook and casino app allow anyone over 21 to join the fun. The sportsbook offers a diverse range of betting markets and sports to choose from and multiple unique ways to play. The innovative app has live-streamed sports events, in-play betting, pre-game betting, instant bets, single-game parlays, and so much more. The app is all supported by their award-winning customer service and a seamless user experience on the site and app. Another great feature is their automated bonusing and withdrawal approval system making it easy to withdraw funds when needed. The BetRivers loyalty program, iRush Rewards, also has an integrated Bonus Bank and store where players can receive special offers, VIP gifts, dinners, and more. The iRush Rewards program is integrated across the sportsbook and casino app, making it easy to keep track of your Loyalty Level. The app also features a cross-platform secure wallet for bettors, requiring you to enter your billing information only once.

“We expect our BetRivers sportsbook app to be well received as many West Virginians are now familiar with the BetRivers brand and have come to appreciate and trust our high-quality products and responsive customer service,” said Rush Street Interactive CEO, Richard Schwartz. “We are pleased that our integrated app will provide one convenient location for players in West Virginia to switch effortlessly between the casino and sportsbook using phones, tablets, and computers to experience all that we have to offer, from spreads, moneylines, parlays, single game parlays, and player props to slots, tables games, and live dealer experiences.”

RSI has its BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse brands currently available across thirteen US States (Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia) as well as Ontario, Canada. The sportsbook app was also independently ranked in the top 4 out of 41 sportsbook apps by gaming research firm Eilers & Krejcik.

Richard Schwartz went on to add, “We are excited to expand our presence in West Virginia and offer residents more ways to win with the launch of our popular BetRivers sportsbook. Our experience in other markets has validated that online sportsbook players also enjoy the full services of our online casinos, especially the table games. Along with offering a more enjoyable experience through our platform, at RSI we are constantly striving to provide a more trusted betting experience by emphasizing usability, responsibility, and transparency.”
