Internet Vikings and EveryMatrix Score New Partnership

Online gaming is growing in West Virginia, with more casino and sports betting operators looking to the Mountain State for new revenue streams. Recently, we’ve seen brands like Hacksaw Gaming enter West Virginia’s market with a robust library of online games in tow. Another well-known online casino content developer and service/systems provider, EveryMatrix has also been making recent strides in West Virginia’s iGaming market.

On November 17th, 2022, EveryMatrix and Internet Vikings announced a new partnership. According to the press release, the partnership will result in Internet Vikings providing hosting services to EveryMatrix for the foreseeable future.

EveryMatrix was also recently awarded a license in Michigan to begin offering its casino content and services to operators in the Great Lake State. According to EveryMatrix president, Erik Nyman, “It will take a lot of time and dedication to become a leading supplier of turnkey services for gaming in the US, but this is another crucial step in that direction.”

Founder & CEO of Internet Vikings, Rickard Vikström also commented on the new partnership, stating, “This partnership will benefit us both in multiple ways. It does not just support our client in establishing a reliable foundation in the US. It also allows Internet Vikings to strengthen our positions in conjunction with a prominent iGaming service company such as EveryMatrix.”

“One must have a solid strategy and establish valuable connections in order to thrive in the US,” Rickard continues. “I believe that our collaboration with EveryMatrix will accelerate this and lay the foundation for working together in other locations in the future.”

Internet Vikings West Virginia Market Entry

Both EveryMatrix and Internet Vikings have been in West Virginia for quite some time. EveryMatrix was granted a license by the West Virginia Lottery Commission in May 2022, while Internet Vikings have been in West Virginia since August 2021.

Since launching in the US in 2021 and setting up an office in New York and its first server in West Virginia, the company has been all gas, no brakes. The hosting provider has been securing licenses in one state after another, in one of the most aggressive US market entrances we have seen out of a European iGaming company.

“Initially, the emerging US iGaming and online sports betting market was considered extremely hard to enter,” said Vikström. “However, the rapid progress of our project has demonstrated that success in the United States is possible with the right at hand.”
